“ We stopped in for breakfast burritos and coffee yesterday and got to hang out with Seth, the owner for a few minutes. It was awesome to hear the story about how the restaurant began as a food truck and has expanded into what it is today. We ended up with a bag of tortilla chips and fresh salsa too. Everything was delicious! I especially loved the spicy salsa that came with the burritos and the fresh tortillas. Amazing! We really enjoyed the whole experience and it was a great way to start the day. Thank you for your kindness and for going the extra mile for us. We especially appreciated the extra half and half. Chips perfect crunch, perfect amount Chicken mole not too sweet, not too spicy, just the right amount of savory Chicken rolled tacos, chimichangas, seared tuna tacos, dessert.... Everything!!! “ I came in not expecting much but when I saw the Birria Tacos on the menue and my bartender highly recommended them I went for it. I decided to get chips and salsa but got a warm bag of fresh made tortilla chips and a very nice salsa Verde. See pic. The Birria tacos came out and I was stunned at the presentation and blown away by the flavor! Everything was on point and you better believe Ill be back to try more dishes from Verde! ”

“ I was responsible for coordinating a large catering event for 250 women, some of whom had food sensitivities. Adam, the manager, was fantastic working out a menu for our event that respected our budget. I also want to mention that Adam was super friendly and patient as we discussed menu options, how to make sure we had enough food, timing, etc. The food was delivered promptly, all of the set up was taken care of, not one women had a complaint about the quality of the food, we had plenty of leftovers, and Verde staff came back at the end of the event to clean up. It was a fantastic, fantastic experience! ”
